I’m New

Welcome!

If you’re new here, welcome! Bridgeway is a church that pursues Biblically rooted authenticity, Gospel-centered community, Gospel-powered multiplication, and Gospel-driven mission. If you’re planning to visit us for worship, here’s everything you need to know:

You can expect to feel welcome at Bridgeway from the minute you drive up and park. Our parking team and greeters will help you find your way around; our BridgeBabies & BridgeKids teams will be excited to care for and invest in your children; our worship teams will invite you into worship; our people will be ready to know who you are; and together we will open the Scriptures and hear from God.

From those first moments, we hope that you’ll get a sense of what makes Bridgeway special. We strive to be a community of faith that is light-hearted, in the Word, beside each other, beyond the walls, with ready hands to serve others. Our hope is that you’ll experience God’s grace, love, mercy and power here at Bridgeway!

What to Expect

What type of church is Bridgeway?

We are Baptist by doctrine and spirit-led by practice. We partner with multiple others churches in our city, state, nation, and world but we closely partner with the Golden Triangle Baptist Association and the Mississippi Baptist Convention.

What are your services like?

Our worship gatherings are approximately 60-75 minutes long and include music, prayer, personal testimonies, and a biblically-rooted message.

What type of music should we expect?

We believe in authentic worship at Bridgeway, which means that the substance of our music is more important than the style of our music. On any given week, you may hear newer worship songs, older choruses, or the great hymns of our past. What you can count on is that no matter what we sing, our gatherings will be centered on the Gospel.

What should I wear?

The easy answer is whatever you want! Even though our building looks traditional, we have an informal, laid-back church environment.

What time does worship start?

We meet every Sunday morning at 10:30am for worship. We look forward to having you join us Sunday morning for an authentic worship time and Biblically sound teaching.

What happens when I arrive?

As soon as you arrive, our parking team will help you find a spot! Our connections team will greet you and point you in the right direction as you enter the building! They’ll have lanyards around their neck, so be sure to ask them any questions you may have!

Love with mercy!

So speak, and so act, as those who are to be judged by the law of freedom. For judgment will be merciless to one who has shown no mercy; mercy triumphs over judgment. – James 2:12-13 (NASB)
