We believe that every follower of Jesus should be a humble servant and our goal is to help each other do just that. We want every person at Bridgeway to be able to use their gifts, abilities, experiences, and personality to make a difference for the Kingdom! Family Ministry
BridgeBabies
Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights couldn’t happen if it wasn’t for our amazing nursery volunteers! Our volunteers spend time playing with our BridgeBabies and teaching Bible stories.
BridgeKids
Be a part of discipling and pouring into the next generation at Bridgeway! Our BridgeKids meet on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights for Bible lessons and lots of fun activities!
BW Students
Our Bridgeway Student volunteers help out with our middle and high schoolers on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights, guiding them through Bible teaching and discipleship.

Connections
Our Connections team members here to help our guests feel welcomed and answer any questions they may have! The Connections team consists of parking and greeting teams.
Security
Safety is a priority to us! Members of our security team are at every entrance and monitor the entire building during services and LifeGroups to ensure we stay safe.
Worship
If the Lord has gifted you with musically, our worship and choir teams can use your talents! Whether you sing or play an instrument, we’d love to have you help lead worship!
Tech
Sunday morning worship wouldn’t happen without our talented tech team! Our tech team helps run slides, livestream cameras, audio, photography, and more!
Prayer
Each Sunday before services, we have a group of people pray over our worship services, staff and volunteers, and guests.
Other Opportunities
LifeGroup Leaders
Leading a LifeGroup is a great way to grow both spiritually and in community. Our leaders help facilitate and host weekly group meetings and fellowship opportunities.
Maintenance
If you’re a handy person, we need your help! Our maintenance team helps maintain the grounds when needed.
MDWK Meals
Every Wednesday night, we share a meal together as a church body. We are looking for volunteers to help serve food and clean up after meals.
